For a single serving, mix 1 ½ scoops (7.5g) with 100ml of cold water in a shaker bottle and consume 20-30 minutes before exercise. For a double serving, mix 3 scoops (15g) with 200ml of cold water and consume 20-30 minutes before exercise. We recommend starting with a single serving (7.5g), however if you feel your tolerance to this level is acceptable try a double serving (15g). Do not exceed more than 15g (3 scoops) in one day.
