Among the essential vitamins, Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune and nervous systems, and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B2 contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and normal red blood cells. From the important minerals, Zinc contributes to normal fertility, reproduction and to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels, and also to normal macronutrient metabolism. Selenium contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and nails, together with the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Coenzyme Q10 is a vitamin-like substance that participates in generating cell energy. Organs with the highest energy requirements − such as the heart, liver and kidney − have the highest Coenzyme Q10 concentrations.

Carriers (Microcrystalline Cellulose, Talc, Colloidal Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate), Dicalcium Phosphate Dihydrate, Potassium Dihydrogen Phosphate, Magnesium Oxide, Ascorbic Acid, Ferrous(II) Fumarate, Nicotinamide, DL-Alpha-Tocopheryl Acetate, Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate, Sodium Selenite, Calcium D-Pantothenate, Coenzyme Q10, Copper(II) Sulphate Pentahydrate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Riboflavin, Manganese Sulphate Monohydrate, Thiamine Monohydrate, Folic Acid, Dry Vitamin A-Acetate, D-Biotin, Vitamin B12, Chromium Picolinate, Potassium Iodide, Dry Vitamin D3.
Take 4 tablets daily with meals. Either take all 4 tablets separately, or take 2 with breakfast and 2 with dinner. Use this product in conjunction with food as part of a healthy, balanced diet, not as a substitute for such.
