Advisory
Due to the caffeine content, Do not exceed more than 5 scoops per day. Contains 50 mg of caffeine per scoop, so do not consume after 5:00 PM if you have difficulty sleeping. Essential Amino Energy also contains beta-Alanine and may cause a temporary tingling sensation on your skin. This is normal. With continued use, the intensity of the sensation will decrease or disappear. Warnings: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Check with a qualified health care professional before taking this product if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, under 18 years of age, have any known or suspected medical conditions, and/or if you are taking any prescription or OTC medications. Please store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.
Add two level scoops (9g) to 330ml of cold water and mix. Recommended consumption of one serving per day, either before, during or after your workout.
For Pre-Workout Energy Support: Take 2-6 scoops 20-30 minutes before training.
For Post-Workout Amino Support: As least 4 hours after initial pre-workout dose, take 2-4 scoops after training.
Do not exceed 10 scoops per day.
