MORE THAN PROTEIN
One of the main ingredients of Diet Shake is whey protein concentrate which is the main protein source of the product. The product also contains 6 different dietary fibre sources which have important physiological effects. We’ve enriched the product with soluble dietary fibres, such as glucomannan, oat, psyllium husk, inulin, flax seed powder and citrus fibre. Glucomannan and psyllium husk are often used to thickening, because they absorb water effectively and swell up to several times their own weight.
Diet Shake also contains calcium and chromium. *Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood sugar level and plays an essential role in the normal metabolism of macronutrients (fat, carbohydrate, protein).
We’ve also enriched the product with the following active ingredients: L-carnitine, green coffee bean extract and bromelain enzyme. Added super foods also make the product more complex. Flaxseed powder is a great source of alpha-linolenic acid which is an essential fatty acid (plant-based omega-3). Acai berry powder is rich in flavonoids and goji berries are rich in essential amino acids and also contain vitamin C.
