Amino Anabol is a product that provides the body with the athlete's training hard right amount of branched chain amino acids: leucine, isoleucine and valine in perfect proportion with a high content of leucine (40%). Leucine strongly inhibits proteolytic enzymes in muscle cells, thereby reducing muscle protein breakdown during intense exercise and is a key amino acid in the initiation of synthesis of new muscle proteins.
Amino Acids BCAA (Branched Chain Amino Acids) are approximately ¼ of a pool of amino acids that build muscle proteins, involved in the production of many essential amino acids such as alanine, glutamine, stimulate the secretion of insulin and growth hormone, are an important source of energy for working muscles during training, thus reducing glucose utilization and rapid depletion of muscle glycogen reserves. High concentration of BCAA limits absorption of tryptophan to the central nervous system. Tryptophan is a precursor for the synthesis of serotonin, the neurohormone responsible for fatigue and sleepiness during training.
BCAAs are also involved in the synthesis of alanine from pyruvate (a breakdown product of glucose), which is used by the liver to synthesize glucose so that branched chain amino acids help to maintain proper blood glucose levels during prolonged and intensive endurance exercise.
