- Recommended use
Mix 1 serving (40 g, 1 measuring spoon) with 200 ml water. Take product twice a day. On training days, take 1 serving before breakfast and 1 serving before workout. On rest days, take 1 serving before breakfast and 1 serving before your afternoon meal.
